Indian Subsidiary Name Change
SPC International is pleased to confirm that following our aquisition of the remaining shares in the former JV known as Enovatek Technology Services India Private Limited last year, the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has ratified the change of name to SPC International (India) Private Limited with effect from April 8th 2015.
Over the coming weeks the business will be informing all its business partners and gradually re-branding in the SPC International corporate style.
