Seasons Greetings
I am delighted to say that 2015 has been another year of growth and improvement in SPC. We would like to say a sincere thank you to all our customers for their business, our employees for their hard work and help in making SPC a better business, our suppliers for providing us with the materials and services we need and to our other business partners for supporting us and contributing to our success.
During 2015 we have continued to make improvements to our processes to raise our quality standards still further and rationalised our workflows to make us more efficient and reduce our costs. We are investing in our IT infrastructure to improve the availability of information within our business and to allow us to share more information with our partners in the future. We have completed the move out of our first ever repair facility in Templecombe to our site in Wincanton, we have also moved our Head Office to a new site in the centre of Uxbridge. In the USA we have taken a lease on an adjacent property and significantly expanded our repair capacity as well as improving the workflow. In the coming year we expect to increase the footprint of our repair operations in India to meet increased demand.
We are sure that 2016 will bring new challenges but are confident that SPC have never been in a better position to help our customers address their business needs.
