SPC International provides its customers with world class repair services from eight sites in four countries on three continents. Process improvements and re-engineering continue to reduce the cost while improving the quality and service provided to our customers. Reducing repair times while improving delivered quality and the provision of substantial cost reductions has enabled SPC to build an excellent relationship with its customers. Implementation of lean principles and the use of statistical data analysis combined with intelligent use of repair data and customer feedback will drive our ability to further extend the mean time between repair (MTBR) of the products we service, lowering our customers service costs and improving end user satisfaction.

Our customer base includes major multi-vendor maintenance organisations, OEMs, ODMs & logistics organisations. To meet the needs of our individual customers SPC has developed a diverse range of customised solutions.
We have the capability to repair any of the product groups at any site, we have many years experience of training our engineers, technicians and workshop staff on the processes required to repair and test all types and models of IT hardware.
