New Reverse Logistics Solution For Pan-european Customer

SPC International have completed the first phase of a vendor owned inventory solution for a major pan-European service provider.

The solution based at SPC's site at Piestany in Slovakia provides service parts on demand directly to the customers European hub, country stock locations and direct to service points and engineers all over Europe.  The defective returns are consolidated at country level before shipment back to SPC for repair and refurbishment and being held as serviceable stock for the next service call.

SPC International also plan and purchase items directly from the manufacturing plants in India, China and Singapore to make up for sales of product, changes in provisioning, repair yeilds and losses in the reverse logistics cycle.
