SPC provides repair services and spare parts to its customers, mainly multi-vendor maintenance companies and OEMs in the IT market. SPC has more than 30 years experience in the reverse logistics/after sales support markets operating in more than 80 countries and providing services on a diverse portfolio of IT related products. This knowledge and experience benefits our existing and new clients as we develop customised services to meet their individual needs bringing to bear our deep understanding of the issues they face.

The strategy of SPC has been to provide increasingly global coverage. In the past ten years it has opened operations in Slovakia to provide pan-European scale solutions and local repairs for the surrounding countries. SPC International formed a 100% owned US subsidiary in Atlanta, GA which commenced operations in 2012 servicing the US, Canadian and South American markets. SPC had a JV in India since 2008 and in 2014 SPC completed the buyout of the JV partners and now have a wholly owned subsidiary in India, operating four sites (Bengaluru, New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata).

Having been accredited to ISO 9001 for more than 15 years SPC is focussed on developing its continuous improvement program based around lean six sigma principles. SPC pro-actively initiates improvements in its services to its customers providing benefits in Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR), cost, yield, DOA rates and capabilities. It has been very successful in retaining and developing its customers by providing world class solutions to their business problems.
